The Wait

God says if you wait on Him he will renew your strength. Waiting is difficult especially when you see others around you receiving the things you’ve prayed for. But God has promised us that he will renew our strength. He will restore any ounce of energy you've lost along the way. He will renew your strength throughout the process. If you’re waiting on God and getting anxious or upset because it’s not happening as fast as you would like, get down on your knees and pray for strength to keep waiting. God will immediately begin  working on your behalf.  He will lift up that wing that isn’t functioning the right way and begin to give it the strength it needs to mount up and fly again. Anytime you feel that you can’t fly, God will restore whatever that’s broken in you. The strength he gives us comes from a place we can’t ever imagine. We will be able to withstand the attacks from the enemy. We will be able to fly with courage and soar over all of our problems. We will be able to be brave, bold, and courageous. Next time you land and feel out of energy, let God refuel you, let God restore your strength, let God fix your wings so you can soar on.

Heavenly Gifts

Delight yourselves in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart. We want things from God but we don’t want to do things he’s asked us to do. We are here for a purpose which means he’s instilled a heavenly gift in each and everyone of us to use on his behalf. Some of us use our gifts in the wrong way. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy. He will try to take God’s gift and turn it into something that will cause confusion, manipulation, and dishonesty. These things are not of God. Ask God to reveal  your gift. Once you operate in your gift, you will start to see your gift make room for you. Delight yourself in the Lord. Serve him with gladness. Humble yourself. Give him the glory and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Be Still

We ask the Lord when is it going to happen for me? When will my breakthrough come? Will I ever see the things I’ve been praying for? Why did such and such get it before me? Am I being punished for my previous mistakes? Why can’t I have it now? As I cried out before the Lord he suddenly stopped me and simply said, “Be still”. Be still and know that I am God. We always think the worst. We tend to think we are being punished because we had to wait longer than others. God simply says to be still. Be still, because our thoughts are not like his thoughts. If it contradicts the Bible, it is not of God. If your thoughts lead to stress, anxiety, and frustration, then those things are not of God. Speak the opposite because those negative thoughts will overtake the mind and cause you to believe everything you're speak into yourself. Think on things good. Good things comes to those who wait and meditate on His goodness.
